7. CATEGORIES OF AUTHORIZED ENTITIES AND DATA SHARING

Data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Controller, acting as authorized personnel and/or system administrators. It may also be processed by Public Security Authorities or other public entities for national security, crime prevention, or compliance with legal obligations.

Data may be processed by external entities designated as Data Processors under Article 28 GDPR, whose updated list is always available from the Controller.

Your data will not be publicly disclosed, except for compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your data may be transferred to third countries recognized as adequate by a European Commission decision (Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). To obtain the list of such countries, contact the Controller.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Controller will retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes:

  • Data processed for contact and/or information requests will be kept for a maximum of six (6) months from the last contact.
  • Data related to contractual relationships will be stored for the duration of the contract and for up to 10 years after its termination.
  • Data processed under legitimate interest will be retained as specified and, in any case, until the user objects. If usage frequency is low, at least every six months, a confirmation request will be sent.
  • Marketing data will be retained for up to 2 years from collection.
  • Newsletter subscription data will be kept for no longer than 1 year from registration.
  • Data collected through cookies will be retained according to the periods specified in the extended cookie policy.

9. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases provided, access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing (Articles 15 and following of the GDPR).
